The new Suvarnabhumi airport

The official "new" Bangkok International Airport name is Suvarnabhumi Airport, pronounced as "su-wan-na-bhum"







It's literal translation means "The Golden Land". How apt !









...Looks a bit like HongKong's Chang Kai Shiek Intl' Airport...







...But make no mistake.. its part canvas,part glass facade...











...and Zen like corridors...










...and reinforced stell structure makes one awe in admiration...









...to be almost late for the flight !
